Instant Email Leads via PropSpace Integration With Property Finder
As a real estate CRM software with email integration, PropSpace offers an industry-leading import service that lets you pull email leads from property portals directly into your account. The only downside to this feature is that leads do not get imported in real-time, and if there are any delays with your email provider, you may have to wait a few minutes before they appear.
As we all know, time is money, so we set out to enhance lead management at this crucial stage of the sales process to make sure your email leads show up in PropSpace the moment they come in.
As such, we are delighted to announce that email leads are now imported in real-time into PropSpace through our new Property Finder integration! From today, as soon as a user sends an email enquiry on the Property Finder website, the lead will appear immediately on your PropSpace leads screen, and if you are using the PropSpace app, you will also receive a push notification right away
Please note that if you currently do not have auto-import turned on but would like to start using this Property Finder × PropSpace integration, you can contact our support team, and they’ll activate it for you right away. For clients with auto-import already turned on, no action is needed.
Lead Tracker for Property Finder Calls Now Built Into PropSpace
Call tracking records from Property Finder are a fantastic way for you to keep track of all the phone leads you have received. Previously, to access these call leads, you had to log in separately to the Property Finder Manager console.
We are delighted to let you know that we’ve expanded our CRM and real estate lead management software capabilities to capture and assign phone leads from Property Finder automatically in your PropSpace account. From today, you can see and listen to the recordings of all your phone leads from Property Finder directly in PropSpace! If the phone number matches an existing contact in your PropSpace database, the phone lead and recording will automatically be assigned to that contact record.
