Manage your Facebook & Instagram Leads with PropSpace

We are excited to inform you that PropSpace is now integrated with both Facebook and Instagram, allowing you for the first time to automatically import all your leads received from campaigns you post on these social media platforms.

Simply post your ads on Facebook or Instagram, then link your Facebook account to your PropSpace account via the Profile screen and your leads will automatically be imported into PropSpace in real time!

It's as easy as that! :-)

You can find the new feature under the Admin/Profile/Integrated Apps menu option. Connect your company Facebook account by clicking on "Connect" button.

A pop-up window will prompt you to log in to your account and give permission to PropSpace to retrieve leads for the pages you specify.

Once all set, the screen will display all the linked pages for your Facebook account.

Leads generated from Facebook or Instagram will automatically reflect on your Leads table.

Facebook Field Mapping

PropSpace already imports all the basic fields like the lead's name, mobile, email, message etc. If you would like to import additional fields from your Facebook lead form, please map the fields on your Facebook forms to an existing field on PropSpace, so that its value can be imported.
